To ask the Minister of Health why the £1 million set aside in the current financial year for the Health and Social Care Innovation Fund has not been made available.

Answer:

The launch of the Health and Social Care Innovation Scheme has been delayed. However, it is intended that the Scheme will open for applications in early 2017.
