Question:
To ask the Minister of Education to outline what target his Department has for the number of children in integrated schools by the year 2030.

Answer:

My Department does not set targets for the number of children in any schools. Parental preference is the determining factor in relation to demand for school places in all sectors, and my Department will continue to work to encourage and facilitate the development of integrated education in line with its statutory duty.
