To ask the Minister for the Economy whether she intends to bring forward remote working legislation, setting out legal rights for employees to request placement at a different location or to work from home.

Answer:

The right to request flexible working was extended to all employees with qualifying service in April 2015. An application may include a request to work from home or some other location.
