To ask the Minister of Finance what financial provision he plans to provide in 2020/21 and 2021/22 to address the climate and biodiversity crisis.

Answer:

The New Decade, New Approach document contains a number of initiatives to address the climate crisis. It is for the Ministers responsible to take forward those initiatives, as well as additional measures. The Executive will then consider these initiatives as part of the Budget process.
