Question:
To ask the Minister of Health whether he has any plans to introduce NHS Continuing Healthcare, as provided in England and Wales; and to outline the rationale for this decision.

Answer:

A public consultation on continuing healthcare was launched on 19 June 2017 and ran for a period of 13 weeks. A total of 43 consultation responses were received and analysed. I am considering the consultation responses and will announce next steps in due course.
