To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister what plans they have to mitigate any delay, as a result of COVID-19, in introducing legislation that needs to be in place before the end of March 2020.

Answer:

There was no Executive legislation which needed to be in place before the end of March 2020. Mitigation measures were therefore not required.
