To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether she will have legal authority to decide on regionally significant planning applications once Royal Assent is received for the Executive Committee (Functions) Bill.

Answer:

I am satisfied that once the Executive Committee (Functions) Bill is granted Royal Assent and comes into effect that I may lawfully take planning decisions on regionally significant planning applications.
