To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the number of Compulsory Purchase Orders used by district councils in each of the last five financial years.

Answer:

In the financial years 2015 to 2020, the Department for Communities has approved one Compulsory Purchase Order upon application by a district council (Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council).
