To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister, pursuant to AQW 6133/17-22, when they intend to table a Transfer of Functions Order to the Executive for approval to transfer responsibility for the statutory functions under the Reservoirs Act (NI) 2015 from the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to the Department for Infrastructure.

Answer:

Transfer of responsibility from DAERA to the Department for Infrastructure for the functions exercisable under the Reservoirs (NI) Act 2015 is one of package of transfers of functions for which we intend to seek Executive agreement in the near future.
