To ask the Minister of Finance to detail the outcomes of the four resolved cases reviewed by the independent panel set up to examine the role of civil servants in the Renewable Heat Incentive scheme.

Answer:

Of the four cases heard by the disciplinary panel, one resulted in a disciplinary penalty and three resulted in a determination of no case to answer.
