Question:
To ask the Minister of Health how frequently Marie Curie palliative nurses, who are attending to palliative patients, are being tested for COVID-19.

Answer:
Hospice staff providing care in a hospice setting, and hospice staff who are community based providing palliative care in a person’s home, participate in weekly PCR-based asymptomatic testing. This programme of asymptomatic testing is voluntary but is strongly encouraged.
