Question:
To ask the Minister of Health how he intends to designate non-essential retail in revised the COVID-19 regulations.

Answer:

In the period since this question was tabled the Executive has taken a series of carefully considered steps to bring us to the current position. As part of these all retail is permitted to open, with mitigations in place, including social distancing, to reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19.
