Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister, as per Recommendation one of the Public Accounts Committee report on Major Capital Projects, whether the recently appointed interim Head of the Civil Service will be given personal responsibility for the effective use of public resources in Northern Ireland.

We are actively considering how this critical role will be most effective within the parameters of our own devolved arrangements in order to best drive reform and support collective decision making.
