To ask the Minister of Finance whether all COVID-19 monies underspends will be reallocated to enable people who have yet to see any financial support to receive such support, such as unpaid carers.

Answer:

All available funding will be considered in light of the needs identified by Ministers as part of the in-year monitoring process. It is for the Executive to determine allocations in line with local needs and priorities.
