To ask the Minister for Communities when the evaluation of the Houses in Multiple Occupation legislation will commence.

Answer:

The Houses in Multiple Occupation Act (NI) 2016 has been operational from 1 April 2019. The Department for Communities is currently reviewing the implementation and operation of Houses in Multiple Occupation licensing scheme.
