Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail her legislative programme for this mandate.

Answer:

I intend to introduce a Parental Bereavement and Leave bill. This bill will introduce a statutory right to Parental Bereavement Leave and Pay in Northern Ireland akin to that introduced in GB on 6 April 2020. In addition my officials continue to process subordinate legislation across a wide range of Business areas including Health and Safety, Insolvency, Company Law, Energy and Further and Higher Education.
