To ask the Minister for Communities, pursuant to AQW 12497/17-22, what consultation her Department has had with residents in the Holylands and Lower Lisburn Road areas of Belfast in the review of the Houses in Multiple Occupation Licensing Scheme.

Answer:

The current review of the implementation of the Houses in Multiple Occupation licencing scheme has sought responses from a range of stakeholders including Councils, Landlords, Managing Agents and Tenants of Houses in Multiple Occupation through Tenants Advocacy Groups.
