Question:
To ask the Minister of Health for an update on work carried out so far in 2021 on the implementation of the recommendations of the Inquiry into Hyponatraemia-related Deaths.

Answer:

In 2021 work has continued on the Statutory Duty of Candour, the Independent Medical Examiner, Being Open Guidance, the HSC Board Member Handbook and the SAI Statement of Rights.

My officials continue to move forward work on the recommendations in tandem with dealing with the pressure on the system as a result of the pandemic.
