Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy whether consideration has been given to making a one-off top-up payment to current recipients of the Covid Restrictions Business Support Grant Scheme in light of the unallocated COVID-19 DEL Resource funding.

Answer:

There are no plans to make a one-off top-up payment to current recipients of the Covid Restrictions Business Support Grant Scheme.

With regard to any future support packages, it will be for the Executive collectively to determine how any existing or additional Covid related funding should be allocated to provide support to as many employers and individuals as possible over the coming months.
