Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy, pursuant to AQW 11828/17-22, for an update on when the Digital Selling Capability Grant Scheme will be launched for applications.

Answer:

The £3M Micro-Business E-commerce Grant for retail businesses was launched on the 2nd February and is open for applications until 6pm 12th March 2021. Successful applicants can receive a grant of up to £5,000 to help them engage expertise to grow their online sales.

Funding will be allocated on a “first come first served basis” and if demand exceeds the budget available the call for applications may be closed earlier than the planned deadline.

Full details of the grant and an eligibility checker can be found online at https://www.nibusinessinfo.co.uk/mbeg
