To ask the Minister for Communities how many homes owned by the Housing Executive will need to be retrofitted to meet carbon neutral targets.

Answer:

Housing Executive work is ongoing to determine the types and cost of retrofit measures that would be required for its different kinds of stock to achieve various SAP Band standards.
