To ask the Minister of Finance whether any underspend of the Fresh Start Agreement money is planned to be allocated to Shared Housing in the 2021-22 financial year.

Answer:

The Draft Budget 2021-22 announced in January 2020 provided £16.9 million of Fresh Start funding to the Department for Communities for Housing for All Shared Social Housing.
