Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance whether off-licences are eligible for the £10,000 and £5,000 COVID-19 support schemes announced on the 15 March 2021.

Answer:

The scheme is open to all businesses which have been unable to access the Localised Restrictions Support Scheme (LRSS) or Coronavirus Restrictions Business Support Scheme (CRBSS) Part B.

Off-licences which received either the £10,000 or £25,000 grants in 2020 are eligible for this scheme, providing they meet all other qualifying criteria.
