Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy, pursuant to AQW 15711/17-22, whether she will bring proposals to the Executive to provide ongoing support grants to businesses, as they recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Answer:

The Department for the Economy (DfE) has led in the delivery of business related support, providing over £514 million of much needed funds to businesses and individuals throughout Northern Ireland.

All DfE business support schemes are now closed. It will be for the Executive collectively to determine how any Covid-related funding is allocated as we progress through the roadmap and the final lifting of restrictions.
