Question:
To ask the Minister of Health following the Executive's announcement that indoor activities can reopen with appropriate risk assessments in place, to detail when all respite, day centre and day care for people with disabilities will reopen.

Answer:

All Respite and Day Care Centres opened last July 2020 but with a limited capacity, this is to ensure the delivery of services is safe and in accordance with current IPC guidelines.

I very much want to see services restored to full capacity, therefore I have tasked the Public Health Agency to undertake a review of Adult Centres and Short Breaks to consider the Infection Prevention & Control guidelines in these settings, across all relevant programmes of care.
