To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, pursuant to AQW 18476/17-22, (i) whether any Civil Service hours have been expended on lodging, or preparing to lodge, judicial proceedings; and (ii) to detail the total number of hours.

Answer:

Pursuant to AQW 18476/17-22, to date my Department has not lodged any judicial proceedings in respect of the Northern Ireland Protocol and has not expended any hours in preparing to lodge proceedings.
