Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for her assessment of the current state of former Tynan and Caledon Railway Station B1 Listed Building in Tynan Reference HB15/11/020.

Answer:

This listed building is in a poor condition and is on the Heritage at Risk Register. It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain their property; however my officials can offer advice and guidance to all listed building owners for any proposed work including repairs.
