Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail all Local Transport Safety Measures delivered in each of the five financial years commencing 2016/17 in the Eastern Division, including with reference to location and cost incurred.

Answer:

I remain committed in this new financial year to the continuation of local transport and safety schemes measures (LTSM) and maintenance programmes to enhance safety, improve traffic flow and provide measures for pedestrians and cyclists.

The divisional teams are currently finalising their 2021/22 work programmes. Once agreed, details of all LTSM will be included in the Spring Council reports which will, in due course, be presented to Belfast City Council before being made publicly available online. Details of all LTSM for Roads Eastern Division are included in the spring council reports which are published on the DFI site – please see attached link.
