Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail all Local Transport Safety Measures (i) planned for delivery; and (ii) ongoing in the Eastern Division during the 2021/22 financial year.

Answer:

I remain committed in this new financial year to the continuation of local transport and safety schemes measures (LTSM) and maintenance programmes to enhance safety, improve traffic flow and provide measures for pedestrians and cyclists.

I can assure you my Department is committed to delivering the best possible services with the funds available and our divisional teams are currently finalising their work programmes. Once agreed, details of all LTSM will be included in the Spring Council reports which will, in due course, be presented to Belfast City Council before being made publicly available online.
