Question:
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, pursuant to AQW 19408 17-22, (i) when a calculation of costs will be complete; and (ii) to provide this information when available.

Answer:

Further to AQW 19408 17-22, my officials confirm that the formal review process for compensation claims is still ongoing for quotations received to date and DAERA have not yet been formally issued with any verified costs.

As previously advised, until all claims have been submitted by contractors and reviewed by the Project Manager in accordance with the contract, the cost to the Department cannot be confirmed.

When the compensation claims are received, assessed and any adjudication process completed my officials will communicate these costs to you.
