To ask the Minister for Communities, pursuant to AQW 16921/17-22, for her assessment of concerns that additional protections for caravan owners should be included in the Caravan Act.

Answer:

The 2021 Review, when launched, will have no pre-determined outcomes. The need to put in place any additional protections will be decided only when all the responses from the Review have been received and given due consideration.
