To ask the Minister of Health when people with priority needs, such as medical requirements or visiting family members, will be able to receive the relevant documentation to avail of the Vaccine International Certification Scheme.

Answer:

I can confirm that work is underway by Departmental officials on the provision of a Covid Certificate Scheme, compliant with EU and WHO information exchange standards.
