Question:
To ask the Minister of Education what plans her Department and the Education Authority have for the former Castle Gardens Primary School site in Newtownards.

Answer:

The EA owns the land referred to and has declared it surplus to requirement however a complex legal title has meant that it is proving extremely difficult to dispose of the site. The EA will continue to endeavour to dispose of this site.
