Question: To ask the Minister of Health to detail the requirements of non-Northern Irish students for accessing COVID-19 vaccinations locally.
Answer:
The NI Direct webpage “ Get a Covid 19 Vaccination in Northern Ireland” contains the following information: “If you're not registered with a GP in NI but live here or are temporarily a resident in NI, you should email the Department of Health at COVID-19VaccinationProgramme@health-ni.gov.uk and they will advise you how you can be vaccinated.” I can confirm this email address has seen a high volume of enquiry indicative of widespread awareness of the mechanism. Full details of this pathway to vaccination published is available via the following link: Get a COVID-19 vaccination in Northern Ireland | nidirect Once an individual’s eligibility is established, an appointment for vaccination is arranged at a regional vaccination centre.
