To ask the Minister for Communities given the increase in housing prices, whether she is planning to review the limits for Co-Ownership.

Answer:

The Property Value Limit (PVL) for Co Ownership housing is reviewed annually by my Department and set accordingly. This represents the maximum market value of the property which can be purchased through the Co-Ownership scheme. The annual review of the PVL is currently underway, and if it is to be changed a revised PVL will be published in autumn 2021.
