To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 21331/17-22, to outline (i) why the answer was not forwarded directly by email to the Member,until 27 July 2021; and (ii) why was there a 13-day delay from the date the letter was signed by the Minister before it was sent to the Member.

My Private Office routinely insert the date that an Assembly Question is due for answer in the official written response, rather than the date I sign a response.
