Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities, given funding for the Women Involved in Community Transformation programme ceases at the end of September 2021, what plans her Department has to provide support for women.

Answer:

I can confirm that a new ‘Developing Women in the Community’ programme was launched on 14 September 2021.

It will target women of all ages and will be delivered within the community, in areas which have been identified as areas in need.
