Question:
To ask the Minister of Health, following an announcement by the Scottish Government that proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required to enter certain venues, what engagement has he had with the Scottish Government to ensure that Northern Ireland certification will be accepted in Scotland.

Answer:
A solution to provide NI Citizens with certified proof of their vaccination status to facilitate International Travel was deployed on 2 July 2021. It adheres to EU and WHO specifications for such certificates and produced to the agreed UK format. The NI Executive has not yet established a policy on Domestic Use of Covid vaccination information.
My Department has no responsibility over entry requirements of commercial companies for access to their services.
