Question:
To ask the Minister of Health how many patients have been diagnosed with endometriosis in each year in the last five years, broken down by Health and Social Care Trust.

Answer:
Information on the number of people diagnosed with endometriosis is not collected centrally. However, the number of people admitted to hospital in each year between 2016/17 and 2020/21 who had a diagnosis of endometriosis in Northern Ireland has been provided below. As requested, the information has been broken down by Health and Social Care Trust. I trust this information will be useful.
