Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy for an update on his Department’s work in implementing the relevant sections of New Decade, New Approach.

Answer:

The 'New Decade, New Approach' (NDNA) document sets out an ambitious package of measures covering a broad range of social, economic and cultural issues.

Clearly the focus of this Department for the past eighteen months has been in managing the economic fallout from the COVID pandemic and beginning the work to deliver our economic recovery action plan, which remains a clear priority.

As we recover and emerge from the impact of COVID I will of course review and action a range of NDNA commitments that fall to this Department.
