Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to detail the support available from his Department for private businesses, local councils and government bodies that wish to run events that stipulate customers must have been fully vaccinated or are able to prove their negative COVID status by way of a PCR or lateral flow test.

Answer:

I am on record as having requesting colleagues on the Executive to frame policy in relation to the domestic use of COVID vaccination certification since April 2021.

Provision of support for the voluntary application of entry restrictions to public or private venues and events is outwith the remit of my Department.
