Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance whether any opt-outs from the Scoring Social Value Policy have been notified to Construction and Procurement Delivery following approval Ministers.

Answer:

The Executive has approved this Policy which mandates that from 1 June 2022 tenders must include a minimum of 10% of the total award criteria to social value.

Construction and Procurement Delivery has not been notified of any opt-outs from the Scoring Social Value Policy following approval by Ministers.
