Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance whether his Department intends to issue guidance on how fair work practices should form part of government procurement contracts as part of the Scoring Social Value Policy.

Answer:

Construction Procurement Delivery (CPD) has developed guidance on how fair work practices can be incorporated into procurements facilitated through CPD. This guidance will be shared with other Centres of Procurement Expertise to assist them in incorporating fair work practices into their own procurements.
