Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail (i) his plans for examining the spending of the High Street Voucher scheme cards, so that a cost/benefit analysis of the scheme may be undertaken; and (ii) what elements of the scheme will be considered in this analysis.

Answer:

It is my intention to commission an evaluation of the High Street Stimulus Scheme following its closure.

This will be undertaken in accordance with DOF guidance on evaluations, and will consider a full range of evaluation metrics including the scheme's performance against its original objectives as well as an assessment of its economic impact.
