To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the number of outdoor areas, parks and buildings currently in public use that are privately owned, broken down by constituency.

Answer:

The Department for Communities currently leases two privately owned office buildings, namely Cleaver House and Great Northern Tower, both in Belfast City Centre.

The Department also occupies a number of office buildings leased by the Department of Finance. Information on the ownership of such buildings is not held by DfC and is a matter for the Department of Finance.
