To ask the Minister for Communities to outline the protections that are currently in place for people living in mobile homes.

Answer:

My Department’s responsibilities are for those who live in mobile homes as their permanent residential accommodation. The Caravans Act 2011, is currently under review, a cross Departmental Working Group encompassing DfC, DfE and DfI officials, has been established, and preparatory work is underway to launch the Review and gather input.
