Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure what options are available for people living in mobile homes if licence conditions are not being met.

Answer:

The licensing system for Caravan sites is controlled through the Caravans Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 and is administered by District Councils who are responsible for the issuing and enforcement of site licences. If a mobile home owner has any issues relating to site licence conditions they should contact the licence holder or the relevant council.
