Question:
To ask the Minister of Health for an update on how people who received one of their two COVID-19 vaccination doses in another part of the UK can apply for a COVID vaccination certificate for travel.

Answer:

I can confirm that a manual process is in place to assist those NI citizens who received a vaccination in another part of the UK to have that information included in their vaccination record and facilitate the provision of a Covid Status Certificate.

Information on how to apply has been available at Applying for a digital COVIDCert|COVIDCert NI| nidirect for some time.

My officials are working to fully automate these processes.
