Question:
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, with regards to the Islandmagee Gas Caverns storage project, whether he will publish the independent reports.

Answer:

The final authorisations and all supporting material has now been made publically available on the DAERA website. This includes a third party audit of the Brine Dispersal Model by HR Wallingford.

The Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA), incorporating the advice of a third party reviewer, has been published on the DAERA website. I do not intend to publish the third party review of an earlier draft of the HRA, as I believe this would be confusing for the public.
