Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to outline his proposed arrangements for a domestic COVID-19 vaccination passport for people (i) unable to receive a vaccination for medical reasons; and (ii) who have received a positive COVID-19 test within the last 18 months.

Answer:

An exemption to COVID-status Certification will be in place for people who cannot be vaccinated for clinical reasons, and a process will be in place for them to be issued with an exemption.

Proof of recovery from a positive PCR test within the last 30-180 days will be accepted as proof of COVID status.
